C.R. HESS
For a total of 12 years, Mr. Hess has been involved in an ever growing world of combat sports. From wrestling to mixed martial arts, countless hours of practice and dedication have been devoted to improving his skills and becoming the best fighter he can be. Mr. Hess believes in the philosophy that you are always a student, and when you stop learning, you stop growing. That is why he is currently still training in Braziian Jiujitsu at the world famous Gracie Jiujitsu Academy. A veteran of five MMA fights, he knows the cage inside and out and wishes to pass on any and all knowledge of the sport to his students. Mr. Hess is also very familiar with proper diet and nutrtition to help one accomplish their goals, be it in cardio kickboxing, Jiujitsu, or MMA classes. Mr. Hess has also worked for the past 6 years with kids ages 2 to 6 years old as a childcare professional. He is CPR and first aid certified as well as West Virginia STARS certified. Finally, Mr. Hess has the utmost respect for anyone who walks through the door willing to learn and grow. This is a passion first and foremost to him and he realizes what a privilage it is to work with others on what he loves to do! "People don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care!"
